My prediction for "Sugar"
For Sugar life is anything but sweet.
Sugar is a story about a girl that works as a slave in a sugar plantation in Mississippi. Sugar is Afican-American.
In the story, Chinese workers come to the sugar plantation.
Sugar wants to know everything about them and their mysterious language. But the others think different about them.
I predict that she will bring peace to both of races.

Jesus Learning Term One
Jesus was fully human because he grew up and got older. He ate, drank and had parents. Jesus was God because he preformed amazing miracles and taught people how to be faithful.

Quick-Write Term 1 Week 7
The box. The door. The crumbling brick. It begged me to be enter.
I stepped forward to the bright blue door. Staring silently, I was tempted to open the box. I picked up the monstrous red box and found a rusted old key. I held up the key and unlocked the blue door. Stepping inside reminded me of an old, abandoned castle. Inside was stairs. Thinking to myself ..."should I go into the rooms"..... I looked back and then went ahead. The sound of the house was completely silent. I put my right foot on the stairs then decided to keep on going. The first thing I saw was a room and all of a sudden I got pulled into the dark room.

My Language Features Goal Term One Week Seven
The sun was setting. The leaves were falling. Then all of a sudden.....
I was rolling down the hill, going round and round and round like a twisting tornado. But, really, I was only imagining it. I fell down a deep, dark hole. I saw nothing... But suddenly a flash of light blew my life up.My goal was to use more similes in my writing.I have used the simile "like a twisting tornado".
